Beth Horan Named Residential Broker Associate of 2007

At a recent company wide meeting, Andy Smith of Peabody & Smith Realty awarded a number of sales awards to brokers and sales associates in the firm.

For gross sales exceeding 10 million dollars, an award was presented to Broker Associate, Beth Horan. She was named the 2007 Peabody & Smith Residential Broker of the Year and received a trip to the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Conference in Boca Raton Florida in April.

Horan has been with the company for 6 years and is a Licensed Realtor in both New Hampshire & Vermont. Beth said assisting clients and customers with clear communication and knowledge of the area while walking them through a smooth transaction is what feels good.

For sales exceeding 9 million dollars, an award was presented to Chris & Susan Jones. Chris is a Sales Associate and has been with Peabody & Smith for over a year. Susan Jones, CRS, GRI has been with Peabody & Smith since 2000. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Susan was a paralegal in a real estate law firm and a closing agent for a title company. She also has a Vermont Real Estate Brokers license. She and Chris have been married for more than 14 years and live in Littleton, and work out of the Franconia office.

Broker Associate Anne Foss achieved gross sales of over 6 million dollars. Foss has been practicing real estate since 1971. She is a very knowledgeable Broker and knows a multitude of information about the area. She takes great pleasure in meeting new people and helping them find that "perfect property".

For gross sales achievement of over 4 million dollars, a number of Peabody & Smith Agents were recognized. They included: Charles Crannell, Joy Moore and Mary O'Toole. Crannell and O'Toole work out of the Franconia office, and Joy Moore is the managing broker of the Littleton office.

Honored for gross sales achievement of over 3 million dollars were: Diane Johnson, Ray Holland, Ken Mosedale, Lon Ashton and Marti Faulkner.
